Rocky Holt joins Staff

Rocky Holt has joined Coeur d’Alene Yacht Club Sales and Service as sales associate, where he will represent the new line of Malibu boats. Born and raised in Spokane, he was previously employed at Spokane Valley Marine.

During his five years there, the Malibu line experienced tremendous growth. It has now become the best-selling inboard boat in the United States. Holt is known throughout the Northwest for his passionate involvement in the water sports industry and Malibu boats in particular.

One of his favorite activities is boating with his wife and two boys. He loves wakeboarding, and also enjoys golf, skiing and snowboarding.
Malibu is an employee-owned company with production facilities in California, Tennessee and Australia.

Coeur d’Alene Yacht Club Sales and Service will offer the Malibu line of inboard competition speed boats, which range from 20 to 25 feet and share a number of deluxe features.

“You get in one of these, and right away you know you’re in a top quality boat,” Holt said.
With a new facility on the drawing board, Coeur d’Alene Yacht Club Sales and Service intends to become the region’s premier boating facility. It will be open 7 days a week, 12 hours a day, Holt added.

“The service aspect alone is going to be huge,” he said. “It’ll be a big, big plus.”
